Nutrien Ag Solutions has bolstered its capability in the corporate rural property space with the appointment of James Auty as Head of Corporate and Institutional Transactions, Real Estate.
This newly created national role highlights an investment by Nutrien Ag Solutions into the market for large-scale agricultural property transactions, reinforcing the company’s commitment to supporting clients across the full spectrum of agribusiness.
With more than 100 rural agents across all States of Australia and annual sales in excess of $4 billion, Nutrien Harcourts has the scale, market reach and expertise to connect buyers and sellers in all sectors of the agricultural property market.
Mr Auty will work closely with Nutrien’s national network of real estate agents, key account managers, and rural specialists to support clients across all agricultural enterprises.
“I’m excited to join Nutrien and to work alongside our real estate and wider teams to deliver strong outcomes for clients in this space,” Mr Auty said.
“There is a clear appetite for more support in high-value agricultural investments, and Nutrien is uniquely placed to connect investors with opportunities across Australia’s farming landscape.”
Mark Brooke, General Manager at Nutrien Harcourts, said James’ appointment is a clear signal of Nutrien Harcourts intent to grow its presence in the premium end of the rural real estate market.
“There is ongoing and increasing demand from commercially focused investors, institutions, corporates and large-scale family operators in agriculture,” Mr Brooke said.
“James brings the experience, relationships and commercial capability to deliver outstanding results, and his role strengthens our ability to offer a full-service experience to clients looking to transact in this market.”
