The newly formed RWC Pacific Group, directed and operated by third-generation agent, Jackson Rameau, due to be headquartered on the Gold Coast, just a few doors down from the established Ray White Main Beach and Ray White Bespoke offices led by Mr Rameauโs mentor Michael Willems and mother Dayna Willems.
The commercial and industrial HQ will work closely alongside these residential businesses, offering clients a truly integrated property service across both commercial and residential markets.
RWC Pacific Group will service a high-demand stretch of the Pacific Coast, from the Northern Rivers of New South Wales through to Queensland, with a focus on both local Gold Coast dominants and interstate institutional partnerships with strategic investment opportunities.
The business is set to go head-to-head with the countryโs biggest commercial real estate firms.
โWeโre here to redefine what it means to be a high-performance agency on the coast. Weโre not just local, we are a no non-sense commercial business facilitating sales across the east coast of Australia,โ Jackson Rameau, selling director of RWC Pacific Group said.
โThereโs enormous capital looking for opportunities across the Pacific Coast, and weโre perfectly positioned to help deploy it into the right growth corridors.
โThis market is no longer secondary, itโs centre stage with the upcoming Brisbane Olympics.โ
Still under 30, Mr Rameau is a three-time RWC #1 auction agent internationally and was recently ranked the #3 international agent across the entire global RWC network, behind only the directors of HTL Property.
Having spent the past seven years under the guidance of leading agency RWC Gold Coast, Mr Rameau says the decision to launch his own business was both strategic and personal.
โAfter seven years learning from the best, particularly Andrew and Greg Bell, it was time to steer my own ship. The Bells have been hugely supportive and were close friends of my late grandfather Bill Rameau, which made my time with them even more meaningful,” Mr Rameau said.
Mr Rameauโs roots in the industry run deep.
He is a third-generation agent on the Gold Coast, following in the footsteps of his father, Karl Rameau, a key figure in real estate sales and development across south east Queensland.
His grandfather, the late Bill Rameau, who built a formidable reputation over 30 years in commercial property, development sites, and special project sales as the managing director of Rameau Realty Services.
Bill’s legacy includes landmark deals such as The Glades Golf Course on the Gold Coast and the Taxation Office building in Brisbane.
Mr Rameau, having also been awarded the number one auction agent in QLD in 2024 by RealCommercial.com.au is confident in creating one of the highest performing offices in the state.
His analytical, process-driven approach has been instrumental in securing major deals and building strong relationships with private and institutional investors.
โJacksonโs clients demand excellence, not just in results, but in depth of market knowledge and execution,โ Michael Willems said, who will continue his focus on residential through Ray White Main Beach while maintaining a strong strategic connection to RWC Pacific Group.
โWith 32 years in the industry, Iโve seen markets evolve, and right now, this stretch of coastline is one of the most exciting investment destinations in Australia.โ
The launch of RWC Pacific Group comes with strong backing from the top levels of the RWC network, and the team has already attracted seven elite staff members into the new venture.
โWeโre incredibly proud to see Jackson take this next step,โ James Linacre, head of commercial at RWC said.
โHe represents the very best of our network: high-performing, highly respected, and relentlessly client-focused. RWC Pacific Group is a key part of our strategy to compete aggressively across markets on the East Coast.โ
With a mandate to drive growth in capital transactions and deepen ties with major agents in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and beyond, RWC Pacific Group will continue to build strategic partnerships across the commercial spectrum – from large private funds to ‘mum and dad’ investors.
โThe opportunity to harness national and international capital and direct it into local high-growth markets is what excites us,โ Mr Rameau said.
โWe remain committed to the exciting small-to-medium opportunities in quality locations while tackling larger-scale deals. Our network, combined with Ray Whiteโs reach, allows us to play at the top level, and thatโs exactly where we intend to stay.โ
