Patricia Richardson, best known as Jill Taylor from the hit 1990s sitcom Home Improvement, is parting ways with her Brentwood, LA home after nearly three decades.
The actress has listed her residence at 196 Granville Avenue, Brentwood for just under US $10 million (about A$15.2 million).
The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom East Coast-style property spans approximately 6,700 square feet (622 square metres) on a one-acre (0.4-hectare) lot.
Richardson purchased the home in 1996 and raised her three children there. Carolwood Estates announced the property for sale on Instagram, and agents David Yadegaran and Shaun Alan Lee of The Advisory at Carolwood Estates are handling the listing.

Highlights of the home include a kitchen designed for everyday living, featuring a central island, open shelving, and a breakfast banquette with garden views.
The adjoining family room reflects the home’s inviting character, with vaulted timber ceilings, a stone fireplace, and French doors opening to the backyard.

The main-level primary suite offers a fireplace, dual-entry walk-in wardrobe, and a tranquil bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, and direct access to the pool. Also on this level is a secondary en suite bedroom, while the upper floor includes two additional bedrooms sharing a family bathroom.
Behind 20-foot privacy hedges and double gates, the house has served as a private family retreat and the site of two weddings and several SAG-AFTRA gatherings.
The property opens to expansive, park-like grounds with mature redwoods, a pool, spa, gazebo and three private walking trails.
