Highland Real Estate has opened a dedicated creative headquarters in Sydney’s south, centralising content production for agents across its seven offices.
The Taren Point facility houses Glow Media, Highland’s in-house creative agency, which provides marketing services to agents in the Sutherland Shire, Double Bay, Inner West, Southern Highlands and Gold Coast.
The studio includes a four-person podcast recording space, photography and videography facilities, and editing suites.

“Our new creative headquarters gives agents immediate access to the tools they need to create polished, professional content at speed,” said David Highland, CEO of Highland.
“From podcasts and video to photography and editing, everything is under one roof, which helps our agents get to market faster.”
Glow Media offers social media management, public relations, advertising, videography, photography and campaign creation across Highland’s residential, commercial and project marketing divisions.
The facility also includes breakout areas, a Formula One simulator and a gaming room.

David said the centralised model allows agents to move quickly from concept to finished campaign.
“Our agents can walk in with an idea and walk out with a fully formed campaign,” he said.
“That level of support is rare, and it’s one of the reasons Highland attracts top talent and continues to grow.”
The headquarters will also serve as a venue for industry events, project launches and media functions.
