Two sales by Sydney agent David Malouf of Highland Double Bay Malouf, has underpinned the ongoing strength of Sydney’s prestige market with the two properties transacting for $34 million plus.  

The sales include a multi-storey contemporary masterpiece at 50 Kambala Road, Bellevue Hill for circa $22 million and 2/1 St Mervyns Avenue, Point Piper – the last remaining luxury harbourside residence in the brand new ‘One Point Piper’ development, for circa $12 million.
