Australiaโs largest independent valuation and property advisory firm has announced its latest strategic national team appointment, as the firm looks to build further on its already formidable presence in the industry.
Drew Hendrey has accepted the position of Executive Director Valuations Advisory for Herron Todd White (HTW), confirming his resignation from CoreLogic late last week, after more than five years with the datahouse.
โIโm excited to be taking on this challenging new role in a company thatโs already regarded as the industry leader in valuation and advisory services,โ Mr Hendrey said.
Mr Hendrey will be HTWโs primary point of contact for major institutional and corporate clients.
โThere is no doubt one of the pillars of Herron Todd Whiteโs longevity is its exceptional, long-standing client relationships, and I look forward to furthering these networks.โ
HTW Interim CEO, Jacqui Bayles, said Mr Hendrey had an extraordinary track record in the industry, and his decision to join the company provided a huge strategic advantage to the organisation.
โMr Hendreyโs position will see him contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, demonstrating Herron Todd Whiteโs commitment to strengthening these collaborative relationships to benefit the future of the group, and the wider valuation industry,โ Ms Bayles said.
โDrew is a well-respected leader, with more than 15 years of experience working in the property data, analytics and valuation industry. He has fostered enduring customer relationships across the banking and finance sector and his success has been built on the strong leadership principles of authenticity, customer focus and accountability,โ Ms Bayles said.
Mr Hendreyโs previous roles include General Manager, Product Services at CoreLogic and State Manager at Megaw & Hogg valuers.
