The new Birkdale office strengthens the already established Harcourts Property Centre network across Wellington Point, Cleveland, and Wynnum Manly.
With this addition, HPC continues to expand its reach while staying true to its core philosophy of combining trusted relationships with exceptional client service.
At the heart of the new office are respected local agents Andrew South and Levi Van Dijk, who after 17 years of leading their own business, have chosen to join Harcourts Property Centre.
With close ties to HPC’s senior leadership team, Andrew and Levi saw this transition as the right step at the right time, with the right people.
Core to their decision was the fact the entire team could stay intact, continuing to serve clients from the same location but with the added support and resources of HPC.
The group blends industry stalwarts Jamie Baker, Cassandra Tranent, and Leslie Dewberry with the energy and enthusiasm of Silde Cande, Sharon Adams, Lisa Mao, Chantelle West, and BDM Tilly Downie.
