Ayesha Shahnawaz has returned to Harcourts to launch Harcourts Infinity, a new office in Balcatta bringing together a team of six across residential sales and property management.

The team includes Ayesha, four sales professionals and a dedicated virtual assistant, servicing Perth from their office at Suite 5B, 1/204 Balcatta Road.

Ayesha began her real estate career with Harcourts almost a decade ago, building her reputation as a property manager with Harcourts Elite Agents before going on to found her own independent agency, Paradise Pulse Realty. After building Paradise Pulse Realty independently, Ayesha has now returned to Harcourts to launch Harcourts Infinity.

Speaking on the move, Ayesha said the return felt like a natural next step.

“Coming back to Harcourts feels like coming home,” she said.

“I started my real estate career with Harcourts, so the values and culture have always stayed with me.

“Building Paradise Pulse Realty gave me the opportunity to establish my own business and develop an incredible client base, and now Harcourts provides the perfect platform to take that business to the next level.”

She said the brand’s reputation wasn’t the only drawcard.

“Harcourts has one of the strongest reputations in Australian real estate, but what really attracted me was the people-first culture,” Ayesha said.

“The systems, technology, training and support available through Harcourts will allow our team to continue growing while maintaining the personalised service our clients have come to expect.”

Much of Ayesha’s business today comes through repeat clients and referrals, something she puts down to a relationship-first approach.

“Real estate is ultimately about relationships. Every transaction is built on trust, and we’ve worked hard to earn that trust by putting our clients first,” Ayesha said.

The Infinity name, she said, reflects the team’s long-term outlook.

“Infinity represents limitless opportunities, continuous growth and long-term relationships,” she said.

“We want to build a business that’s here for the long term – one that grows alongside our clients and our community.

“For us, success isn’t measured by one transaction; it’s measured by relationships that last for years.”

Harcourts Australia CEO Adrian Knowles welcomed Ayesha and her team back to the network.

“Ayesha’s journey is a fantastic example of entrepreneurship, determination and a commitment to exceptional client service,” Adrian said.

“She has successfully built her own business and established a strong reputation in the Perth market.

“We’re delighted she has chosen to return to Harcourts as she embarks on this exciting new chapter, and we look forward to supporting the continued growth of Harcourts Infinity.”
