Luke and Nikki McAuliffe have launched Harcourts Gungahlin | Belconnen, establishing a new Harcourts presence in the ACT.
The pair bring a combined 20 years of experience across residential sales, property management, commercial property and leasing, and say the move is personal – they have lived, worked and invested in the Gungahlin and Belconnen areas with their families.
“This is an area we know extremely well and where we have strong personal connections. We’re looking forward to using that local knowledge and experience to help people make confident property decisions and to build long-term relationships with our clients,” Luke said.
Luke has spent more than a decade working with clients across Canberra and surrounding regions, with experience in residential property and high-end negotiations, and says his business has been built largely through repeat clients and referrals.
Nikki’s background spans real estate operations and property management.
“Real estate is about much more than transactions. It’s about relationships, understanding what matters to each client and providing honest, reliable advice throughout the process,” she said.
On the decision to join Harcourts, Nikki said the brand offered the backing to grow while keeping their own identity.
