Grant Simpson has joined RWC Northern Corridor Group, returning to the Ray White network after running his own independent commercial agency for nine years.
Grant founded and led that agency before selling the business, capping a career in commercial property spanning more than a decade.
His move follows years of collaboration with the Northern Corridor team, including directors Ashley Rees and Chris Massie.
“Chris and I worked together on a number of deals while I was running my own agency, and we always commented on how well we worked together,” Grant said.
“That naturally led to conversations about what it might look like if we were on the same team.”
Grant said access to the group’s market intelligence tools sealed his decision.
“After meeting with Ashley and seeing the market intelligence systems he’s developed, I was locked in,” he said.
“I love data and figures because they make you a stronger agent. When you combine that with the Ray White network and my experience in the market, I feel like I’ve got an unfair advantage for my clients.”
Ashley said Grant’s reputation across the Moreton Bay region made him a strong addition.
“He’s built a reputation on strong relationships, deep local knowledge and an ability to identify opportunities for clients that others often miss,” Ashley said.
Grant began his career with Ray White before launching his own agency. His recent transactions include the $12 million sale of 27 Lear Jet Drive in Caboolture.
“Brendale is one of the most important industrial precincts in South East Queensland and it’s continuing to evolve rapidly,” Ashley said.
“Grant already has deep relationships throughout the Moreton Bay region and we’re excited to see him further build his presence in Brendale with the backing of our systems, research and national network.”
