Francesca Gasteen confirmed as Allhomes general manager

Francesca Gasteen has been appointed general manager of Allhomes, the Canberra property portal owned by Domain and CoStar Group.

The appointment confirms a role Francesca has held on an interim basis since July 2025.

She brings more than 20 years’ experience across real estate media, sales leadership, strategic partnerships and commercial growth.

“I feel incredibly privileged to lead a brand that means so much to Canberrans,” Francesca said.

“What makes the Canberra residential market special is the strength of the relationships between agents, consumers and industry partners, and the shared commitment to helping people make informed property decisions.”

She said the platform’s position gave it scope to do more for customers.

“Allhomes has earned a unique position as Canberra’s most trusted property brand, as part of CoStar Group we have an incredible opportunity to deliver even greater value,” she said.

“By combining local knowledge with world-class data, technology and insights, Allhomes can continue giving customers the tools and information they need to navigate the market with confidence.”

Belinda Sinclair, Domain’s Vice President of Residential and Revenue Operations, welcomed Francesca into the role.

“When Canberrans think residential property, they think Allhomes. We’re proud to have Canberra’s leading property website part of our Domain network, with access to our nation-leading insights and data to the residential property market,” Belinda said.

“Ms Gasteen’s dedication, ethic and motivation for our customers and partners throughout her career at Domain and Allhomes is well-regarded, and we are pleased to appoint her to this leadership role.”

Belinda pointed to the appointment as an example of internal progression within the business.

“We’re proud of the talent that we can foster within our business, and Ms Gasteen is a fantastic example of someone coming in and working their way up to a key leadership position within the business,” she said.
