Known for his positive and highly driven approach, Sean prides himself on delivering a calm, structured buying experience tailored to each client’s needs.

Experienced in working with both local and international buyers, Sean excels at discreetly connecting clients with their ideal homes.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing and a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance.

Prior to moving into buyer advocacy, he spent more than five years as a real estate agent operating in Sydney’s Lower North Shore prestige market, where he built a strong foundation in sales, negotiation, and market strategy.

He made the transition to buyer representation after witnessing firsthand how vulnerable and underprepared many buyers can be when navigating the purchasing process, recognising the need for buyers to be professionally represented in the marketplace.

Sean is joined at FOUNDIT by Mai Wegen, who has been appointed as an Associate Buyer’s Agent after working closely alongside Sean for more than two years.
