First National Real Estate’s Queensland’s best and brightest were recognised for their achievements over the weekend, with the network holding its 2020 General Excellence and Marketing Awards at Brisbane’s Hilton Hotel on Saturday night.
The 2020 awards include two new classifications – Magnificent 7 and The Elite. These awards incorporate 15 property managers, salespeople and offices that have excelled in Queensland.
First National Cleveland picked up the Magnificent 7 Award for No 1 Sales Office of the Year, with the office’s Ryan McCann named Magnificent 7 No 1 Salesperson of the Year and Lisa Turner, also from Cleveland, taking out the No 1 Business Development Manager of the Year category.
First National Cairns Central (Parramatta Park) was named Magnificent 7 No 1 Investor Relations Management Office of the Year, with Jamie Paroz from FN Toowoomba picking up the Magnificent 7 No 1 Investor Relations Manager of the Year gong.
A range of specialist awards were also announced on the night, with Lisa Teale from FN Browns Plains scoring Administrator of the Year; Hayley Picker from FN Action Realty winning the Ipswich Receptionist of the Year category; Megan Paisley of FN Carolans (Nambour) Property named manager named Rookie of the Year; and Vidal Wills, from FN National Investments & Projects (Paradise Point), receiving the Sales Rookie of the Year gong.
First National’s Queensland State Chairman, Neil Coupland, said the changed award categories identified the value property managers and sales agents brought to customers of the property services sector.
“Our Investor Relations Management award accurately recognises the critical role property managers play with the $50 billion worth of real estate assets under First National’s management,” Mr Coupland said.
“These managers are highly trained, expertly connected members of our local communities; the foundation of every successful real estate agency.”
“The network could not be more proud of the positive role that our Investor Relations Managers and salespeople have played during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has tested everybody’s resilience.”
