First National Real Estate has announced its 2025 NSW State Award winners, with Byron Bay taking out Sales Office of the Year and Port Macquarie’s Patterson office claiming Property Management Office of the Year.
The awards were presented at Le Montage on Saturday night.
Rebecca Dean of First National Port Stephens in Salamander Bay was named NSW Salesperson of the Year, while Rebecca Lewis of First National Patterson took home NSW Property Manager of the Year.
Sophie Moir from First National Byron Bay won Business Development Manager of the Year.
Regional offices featured prominently across the top ten lists, with agencies from Lismore, Goulburn, Mudgee and Bathurst all placing in sales, and Tamworth, Maitland and Wyong representatives recognised in property management categories.
NSW State Chair David Doherty acknowledged the challenging conditions members have navigated over the past year.
“Cost-of-living pressures have made buyer negotiations more complex, while the shortage of rental homes has increased the demands placed on property managers,” Mr Doherty said.
“Through it all, our members have remained focused on service, professionalism and results.”
The awards also recognised emerging talent, with Isabella McMahon of First National Bowral named New Salesperson of the Year and taking home the FN Digital Award. Ned Wooll, also from Bowral, received the Rising Star award.
