First National Real Estate has announced its 2025 Victorian and Tasmanian state award winners, with regional offices claiming top honours in both sales and property management categories.

FN Charles L. King & Co in Echuca took out Sales Office of the Year, while FN Hall & Partners in Dandenong was named Property Management Office of the Year at the awards ceremony held at Plaza Ballroom on Saturday night.

The Dandenong office claimed a double, with Jackie Lyons winning Property Manager of the Year and Lisa Greene taking out Business Development Manager of the Year.

Simon Burns from FN Latrobe in Traralgon was named Salesperson of the Year.

Vic/Tas State Chair Jason Brown said the awards recognised achievement in a challenging market.

“Throughout 2025, our industry has operated in a more measured and selective market,” Jason said.

“Buyers were cautious, vendors more price aware, and lending settings have continued to shape decision making. In this environment, results did not come easily. They were earned through discipline, local knowledge and consistent client care.”

The top ten sales offices were rounded out by FN Latrobe (Traralgon), FN TSFN (Bendigo), FN King & Heath (Bairnsdale), FN Collie & Tierney (Mildura), FN Hall & Partners (Dandenong), FN Finning (Cranbourne), FN Rayner (Bacchus Marsh), FN Bonnici & Associates (Wodonga), and FN Neilson Partners (Pakenham).

Specialist awards recognised emerging talent and community contribution. Chantell Rothwell from FN TSFN in Bendigo won New Salesperson of the Year, while Nat Clayton from FN Ranges in Belgrave took out New Property Manager of the Year.

Penny Bonnici from FN Bonnici & Associates in Wodonga received the Pillar Award, and Jade Carberry from FN Melton won the Community Spirit Award alongside a top-ten finish in Salesperson of the Year.

Tom Watson from FN Charles L. King & Co claimed the Digital Award, contributing to the Echuca office’s strong showing at the awards.
