REA Group customers have until midnight Wednesday 17 November to finalise submissions for the Annual REA Excellence Awards (AREAs).
Established in 2016, the AREAs celebrate the success of property industry professionals and their outstanding performance in supporting Australians through every aspect of their property journey.
REA Group Chief Customer Officer Kul Singh said winners in 2021 will receive the biggest prize package to date.
“We had more submissions for the 2020 AREAs than ever before and with so many outstanding achievements in 2021, I’m confident the calibre of submissions this year will be the best yet,” Mr Singh said.
“The prize package includes industry media coverage, paid media exposure and professional development opportunities which can all make a real difference to our customers and their businesses.
“The 25 categories, including a new wellbeing initiative award, are each designed to assist our customers to win new business, positioning them very well with potential vendors and clients.”
Winner of the 2020 AREA for the Most Influential Woman in Property, Laura Valenti, from Solutions Property Management, said her win was one of the highlights of her career.
“The recognition on a national level was very humbling, and I have found that the exposure I received from the award spread far and wide,” she said.
“It gave me a larger platform to share what Solutions Property Management is trying to achieve in empowering women in property management and raising the professionalism in the industry.
“Winning the award also provided a platform for our community initiative which is Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Prevention, and how we in the property industry can assist women experiencing DFV find safe and secure rental homes.”
