Explore Property has opened another franchise office with the key Queensland regional market of Rockhampton just starting.
This is the fourth new franchise to open with the growing network in the past 16 months, with Atherton Tablelands, Townsville City, Whitsundays and now Rockhampton adding to the network.
Explore Property leader Andrew Acton said Rockhampton has been a very buoyant market and will continue its strong path moving forward.
“Our new office in Rockhampton will be led by principal Patrick Richardson who I believe is an emerging leadership talent,” Mr Acton said.
“Patrick has an understanding of real estate business with good general experience.
“After meeting Patrick and getting to know him we feel he has the right energy and entrepreneurial spirit to develop a good agency over time.
“Patrick is well supported by office manager Maddison Gorman and together they intend to provide a great agency support offering for agents in the Rockhampton and Yeppoon markets.”
When describing the company he leads, Mr Acton said Explore Property was a traditional agency group with a modern twist.
