Production designer Eve Mavrakis has listed the Brentwood mansion she was awarded in her divorce from actor Ewan McGregor for rent at $US55,000 ($A77,000) a month, according to realtor.com.
The six-bedroom Los Angeles property was part of the settlement finalising the former couple’s split in 2020, following a three-year legal battle.

Mavrakis and McGregor purchased the California home for just under $US2 million ($A2.8 million) in 2002 and raised their three children there during their 22-year marriage.
The property sits directly adjacent to the house where screen legend Marilyn Monroe died in 1962 – a home that was recently the subject of a legal dispute after its current owners were blocked from demolishing it.

Since the divorce, the mansion has undergone extensive restoration.
According to the listing, features include a cook’s kitchen, a formal dining room with charcoal walls, and a primary suite with two “furniture-grade” closets.
Original details have been preserved throughout, including hand-painted tiles, beamed ceilings, and stained glass.

The property also includes a large yard with a swimming pool.
This is the second time the home has been listed for rent. It was previously marketed in September 2025 at the same price before being withdrawn.

The property is available to tour now and can be rented from April 2026.
McGregor filed for divorce in January 2018.
Under the settlement, he was required to pay Mavrakis $US36,000 ($A50,000) a month in spousal support and $US14,934 ($A21,000) in child support, according to Realtor.

He also handed over half of all residuals and royalties earned during their marriage, including ongoing payments from films such as the Star Wars franchise and Moulin Rouge.
