Eview Group unveils two new South-East Queensland brands

Eview Group’s presence in Queensland’s property sector has strengthened since 2020, which has coincided with exponential growth across the south-eastern corridor.

The national-spanning network has recently unveiled two of their latest South-East Queensland-based brands, showing Eview group has no plans of slowing down.

Moreton Bay

Director of Urban Key Realty Tania Collett was the most recent independent to combine forces with Eview Group to expand reach and serviceability, whilst bolstering her already tech-savvy operations and compliance procedures.

Armed with a contemporary new look, Urban key Realty is set to unleash upon their existing marketplace of Warner and surrounds, showcasing their signature fusion of authentic connection, and precision-driven success.

“The move from Africa to Australia in 2000, was really when my love for property and people really peaked. I threw myself into a hands-on role as ‘Resident Manager’ within a Gold Coast apartment building, and through that, developed a love for real estate and the property market in general,” Ms Collett said.

“Since then, I’ve worked most facets of the industry, yet most excited for this new journey, as part of a network which offers wonderful ‘on the ground’ support.”

After an initial meeting with Eview Group’s Queensland Director Joel Hood, Tania knew the Australian-spanning network was the right fit for her.

“When I met with Joel, I was just so taken back by the transparent and friendly disposition he presented. Having a leader show so much care and compassion, and genuine support for their team, it was quite remarkable,” Ms Collett said.

“I’m really excited by the prospect of working with such a close-knit team of people, all with a similar positive outlook.”

“It’s been an absolute delight working with Tania and her brand, Urban Key Realty, as she welcomes the support of our wider network. Her unique, client-centric approach to elevating her established real estate service is an exciting and welcomed addition to the Warner marketplace,” Mr Hood explained.

“During initial conversations with potential offices, one important element for us is to confirm their culture and professional values align with ours.

“Tania’s positivity and unwavering resilience provides a precise combination of energy, strategy, and exponential determination that will prove successful for her clients, and will no doubt benefit our growing network of agents.”

Sunshine Coast

As Eview Group has continued to expand throughout Queensland, their tech-stack portfolio appealed to Clarke & Co principal Dan Clarke.

Carrying a desire to unleash a whole new level of tech-orientated service across his local marketplace of Beerwah, the Glass House Mountains and surrounds, Mr Clarke unveiled his contemporary new look, as he and his team of specialised agents embark on a new journey with Eview.

“Over the past few years, it’s become clear that in order to deliver an unimaginable level of service to clients, I need to be operating with the latest tech-stack and contemporary operations, within a network that encourages industry-leading results and systems”, Mr Clarke explained.

“We are all living within a world that is forever evolving, pivoting everyday, sometimes unexpectedly, and as agents we need to be utilising software and engaging in solutions that work alongside this new lifestyle and interchanging, fast pace”.

Mr Clarke also reached out to Mr Hood to find out more about pursuing his vision of modernistic operations.

“For me personally, I’m so captivated, and consistently fuelled by Dan’s persistent motivation to develop a brand that prides themselves on utilising industry forefront technologies and capabilities to service their clients and streamline operations,” Mr Hood said.

“He’s a true ‘go-getter’ and I know Dan and his team will just erupt within their local marketplace and beyond.”

“As someone who never runs out of enthusiasm for life and their work, Dan will be a true asset to our entire national-based network, and I can already see many agents ready to utilise his experience to help nurture and expand on their own agency-ownership pathways”.
