Elders Real Estate transaction volume climbs 45 per cent

Elders Real Estate is set to record a year of considerable growth with revenue up 64 per cent on last year. The agency credits its success to new technology, embracing change and a growth mindset.

Belinda Connor, Head of Residential Real Estate for Elders, says the company is having its best year ever. “We’re on track for a fantastic year in residential real estate. With only days to go until the end of the Elders financial year on 30 September, all the indicators show considerable growth. Our year-on-year real estate transaction volume is up 45% from last year, and revenue is up 64 per cent.”

Elders is also experiencing rapid growth, with 12 new offices joining the team already this year, and another three slated to come on board before Christmas.

“We’ve taken on 355 new staff across the company and franchise, with many coming across from other brands,” says Belinda.

“We’ve had aggressive growth targets in WA, SA and Queensland in particular, and we’re seeing that strategy pay off.”

So what’s driving these spectacular results? It’s a combination of new technology, a willingness to embrace change and a focus on growth.
