Dylan Choe has joined the newly launched Belle Property Epping, adding to the Belle Property Parramatta, Carlingford and Beecroft group’s presence across Epping and Sydney’s north-west.
Dylan brings more than 13 years of experience across sales and off-the-plan projects, along with strong local relationships and an understanding of the region.
“After more than 13 years in real estate, I felt the time was right to take the next step in my career. Belle Property stood out to me because of the reach and strength of the brand, combined with a premium service offering and the systems, structure and support behind the business,” Dylan said.
“The backing of the Belle Property Parramatta, Carlingford, Beecroft and Epping team gives me the opportunity to build on what I’ve already achieved and take my business to the next level, while continuing to deliver an even higher level of service to my clients.”
Belle Property principals Chris Sahyoun and Thomas Perram described the appointment as a strategic addition to the business as it expands across Epping, Eastwood and Ermington.
“Dylan has built a very strong reputation in the local market and brings the experience, relationships and professionalism that we look for in our team. He has an exceptional understanding of the area and a strong connection to the local community, making him a natural fit for Belle Property Epping,” he said.
Thomas said Dylan’s appointment would strengthen the group’s ability to service clients across the region.
“We’re focused on building a business with genuinely strong local expertise, and Dylan adds another level of experience and knowledge to the team. His client relationships and understanding of the market will be a significant asset as we continue to grow across Epping and the surrounding suburbs,” he said.
Dylan’s connection to the area extends beyond his career. He has lived in nearby Ermington for many years and has a child at a local school.
“This is an area I know personally and feel very connected to. Living locally and having a child at a local school has given me a genuine understanding of the community, the lifestyle and what attracts families to the area,” Dylan said.
He is also multilingual.
“Being fluent in both Korean and English is a real asset in this market. Being able to communicate with clients in their preferred language helps build trust and allows me to understand their needs more closely,” he said.
