Deepen Khagram, a commercial property specialist with an impressive track record, claimed the top position in RE/MAX Australiaโs February ranking.
Each month, RE/MAX Australia puts out its list of the national Top 20 sales individuals. Each individual in the Top 10 has settled in excess of $46,500 in gross commissions.
Mr Khagram said he was proud to be the first ever agent from RE/MAX U to top the national ranking and join an elite group of high-achieving real estate specialists.
โI have been fortunate to market and sell a number of exceptional properties, including the sale and leasing of a shopping centre in Browns Plains, the sale of a 7 Eleven service station in Sunnybank Hills and a Priceline Pharmacy sale in Brisbane CBD,” says Mr Khagram.
The 7 Eleven service station in Sunnybank Hills helped Mr Khagram reach the top spot when it sold for over $4M.
RE/MAX Australia Director Joel Davoren said Mr Khagram was a highly-skilled agent who superbly represented the calibre of RE/MAX agents desired by the network.
โDeepen is an exceptional agent in our national RE/MAX network and in a leading global network of more than 124,000 agents and 8,000 offices.
โHis market knowledge, his communication with his clients and the respect he shows them, plus his complete honesty, shape his ongoing success,โ said Mr Davoren.
