Dancing with the Stars professional Kym Johnson and her husband, Shark Tank entrepreneur Robert Herjavec, have listed their luxury Rose Bay apartment with a price guide of $19 million.
The SMH reported that the couple bought the three-bedroom, house-sized apartment in 2021 for $13.5 million. Set on Old South Head Road, Rose Bay, the residence enjoys panoramic views of Rose Bay, Shark Island and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The property’s interiors are high-end and contemporary, featuring oak floorboards, Venetian plaster walls, a New York-style cocktail bar and wine fridge, Gaggenau appliances, a limestone-finished entertainer’s terrace, and a private lift for direct access.

Johnson, who rose to fame on the Australian version of Dancing with the Stars before moving to the U.S. to join its American counterpart, met Herjavec during the 2015 season of the show.
The pair finished in sixth place, married the following year, and have since divided their time between Sydney, Los Angeles and New York.

The couple’s international property portfolio is just as impressive. In the United States, Herjavec owns a record-setting Hidden Hills estate in Los Angeles, purchased in January 2023 for about US$26 million (A$39 million).
He also listed his 6,240-square-foot penthouse in New York’s prestigious One57 tower on Billionaires’ Row for US$38.5 million (A$58 million) earlier this year.
Back in Sydney, Johnson and Herjavec own a Federation-style mansion in Centennial Park, which they bought in 2024 for $22.8 million.
The Rose Bay apartment is being offered for sale through Michael Pallier of Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty via an expressions-of-interest campaign.
