Keylin and Kinstone Group announce their plans for Coomera Town Centre South site

Coomera Town Centre South is set to establish a new lifestyle precinct in the Northern Gold Coast, according to developers Keylin and Kinstone Group.

The announcement:

The latest joint venture between Brisbane-based developers Keylin and Kinstone Group has reached settlement on the purchase of a 47.7ha site, known as Coomera Town Centre South (CTCS), from Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC).

Located in what is anticipated to become the newest lifestyle epicentre of the northern Gold Coast, the settlement of the site notches a monumental milestone in Keylin and Kinstone Group’s preparation to transform the Coomera precinct.

“Now that we have the site purchase finalised, we can dedicate our attention on progressing our exciting plans for the enormous site, which will see it transformed into an all-encompassing hub of living, working and recreational facilities in one vibrant destination,” said Keylin Director Louis Cheung.

“The proposal is a true mixed-use centre that allows for a delivery of a residential precinct, supported by extensive lifestyle and adjoining commercial amenity, and direct access to public transport.”

Kinstone Group’s Director, Mr Arthur Liu commented: “The scale of Coomera Town Centre South project and its’ proximity to essential infrastructure makes the project an exceptional opportunity for a “Build to Rent” precinct mixed in with the increased amenity.”

The project certainly isn’t the first partnered foray for the developers who have recently celebrated a sales result of $650 million Serenity 4212 community in Helensvale.

Bolstered by the success of their Serenity 4212 joint venture, Keylin and Kinstone Group are bringing their project delivery to Coomera in a project that will shape the region for generations to come.

“Extensive engagement is currently being undertaken with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the project delivers a visionary destination not just for the Coomera Town Centre South pocket but the extended Coomera neighbourhood too,” said Mr Cheung.

The centre is set to be bolstered by its connection to Westfield, the upcoming Costco project and the Coomera Public Hospital to the north.

The project is also adjacent to Dreamworld, a railway station, bus interchange, TAFE, and the proposed Coomera Connector which is currently in planning.

The Coomera Town Centre South is scheduled to launch to market early next year.
