Kay & Burton has appointed Cath Stubbings as Executive Director and Group Board Member, recognising her outstanding contribution to the firm since joining in 2022.
Ms Stubbings has successfully led three of the firm’s fast-growing divisions—Property Management, Concierge and Luxury Stays—reshaping their operations and establishing foundations for growth.
With more than 20 years of senior executive experience, she has built a reputation for driving growth, fostering culture and delivering service excellence across the business.
Under her leadership, the Property Management division has grown in scale while consistently reporting industry-leading NPS scores, reflecting the exceptional client experience delivered.
The Concierge division provides clients with tailored property and lifestyle support that extends beyond the sale, while Luxury Stays offers short-stay accommodation in some of Australia’s most desirable homes.
