Celebrating 20 years of unwavering dedication and excellence, Carmen Briggs’ career with Harcourts has been nothing short of remarkable.
Her contributions to the company and the real estate industry have set a new benchmark for success. Carmen has consistently ranked among the top 10 agents for an astounding 18 of her 20 years with Harcourts, a feat no other Australian agent has achieved.
Over these two decades, she has written over $800,000,000 in sales, representing the highest volume of sales by an individual in Harcourts Australia’s history.
Beyond her personal achievements, Carmen has had a profound impact on the success of others, mentoring and training over 80 salespeople who have gone on to build thriving careers under her guidance.
“Thank you, Carmen, for living and breathing Harcourts, and for 20 years of loyalty to the brand. Here’s to the next 20!” remarked Harcourts leadership during the ceremony.
The awards night also featured accolades for outstanding achievements across the global Harcourts network.
Cameron Bailey from Harcourts Papanui, New Zealand, was named the Top International Sales Consultant. Harcourts Zululand, South Africa, was recognised as the Top International Client Experience Office, and John Georgiou from NAI Harcourts Platinum in Victoria, Australia, received the honour of Top NAI Harcourts Commercial Sales Consultant, to highlight just three.
The awards ceremony was the celebratory climax of the dynamic two-day Harcourts HX conference.
The conference brought together members of the Harcourts international network to participate in workshops, panels, and networking opportunities.
Keynote speaker and Harcourts Managing Director Mike Green initiated proceedings and inspired attendees with his impactful “Don’t be a vitamin, be Panadol” and “The Hunter, Not the Hunted” speeches that resonated with all professionals in attendance.
The Harcourts HX event and International Awards night reflect the brand’s dedication to innovation, excellence, and fostering leadership across its global network.
Carmen Briggs’ induction into the Harcourts Hall of Fame underscores Harcourts’ commitment to recognising individuals who exceed expectations and redefine success.
