Gary Gaurav launches C21 Aspire Group in Brisbane's north

Gary Gaurav has launched C21 Aspire Group, joining the Century 21 network and bringing its global footprint to Brisbane’s northern corridor.

Gary has nine years of real estate experience as a selling principal, with strong local knowledge spanning Albany Creek, Aspley, Bridgeman Downs, Carseldine, Fitzgibbon, North Lakes, Mango Hill and Narangba. His background also includes IT and business ownership, and his deal history ranges from family homes to prestige property, investments, development sites and multimillion-dollar transactions.

C21 Aspire Group operates offices across Albany Creek, North Lakes and Narangba, with a new Fitzgibbon office set to open later this week. The group pairs younger local agents with senior professionals who bring 25 to 35-plus years of industry experience.

Gary said the move to Century 21 was about more than a change of signage.

“We joined Century 21 because our ambition extends beyond simply changing a sign above the door. We wanted a brand with genuine global recognition that could support our vision while still allowing us to remain deeply local and entrepreneurial,” he said.

“C21 gives us the platform to connect North Brisbane with opportunities across Australia and internationally, while keeping our focus exactly where it belongs: on our people, our clients and the communities we serve.”

On his approach to the business, Gary said:

“I’ve never believed real estate is a numbers game. Behind every property is a person, a family, a story and an aspiration. Our job is not to chase listings or transactions; it is to understand what truly matters to people and find a way to create more value than they expected. Build people, earn trust, deliver results, and the business will build itself.”

He described the transition to the network as a genuine partnership.

“The transition has been incredibly positive. From the beginning, the Century 21 team has taken the time to understand our vision, our people and where we want to take the business,” he said.

“The support, energy and flexibility we’ve experienced so far have given our team even greater confidence and excitement about what we can build together.”

Century 21 Australia’s Head of Growth, Ian Carter, welcomed Gary and the C21 Aspire Group to the network.

“Gary’s ambition is aligned with ours at C21 Australia, which is to unite Century 21’s global footprint of 82 countries and territories to benefit our local communities throughout the property journey,” Ian said.
