Award-winning Victorian real estate group, Buxton, has announced the launch of a Commercial and Industrial division, Buxton Commercial, led by sought-after industry specialist, Kenny Oliver.
With company origins dating back to the 1860s, Buxton has grown to a network of 24 residential offices, a project marketing division (Projects by Buxton) and now Buxton Commercial to round out its property ecosystem.
Mr Oliver, who comes to Buxton with over 15 years of success in commercial property sales and leasing, said he was proud and excited to be joining such a respected brand in real estate to launch the new commercial division.

A veteran in the commercial real estate industry both locally and abroad, Mr Oliver has worked across the London property market as well as conducting more than 500 commercial auctions globally.
Buxton CEO Nathan Jones said the new commercial division would cover sales, leasing, and asset management whilst leveraging the existing footprint of the residential offices to further strengthen that synergy.

“When the opportunity arose to develop this business and brand around Kenny, it was one we simply couldn’t pass up.
“Kenny has already set the bar with his first listing as Buxton Commercial; a stand-alone medical centre and office at 75 Asling Street, Brighton, with an asking price in the range of $3,350,000 to $3,600,000 plus GST.”
Mr Oliver will conduct his first auction as Buxton Commercial on Thursday October 17 for the newly listed 96-98 Bluff Road, Black Rock – a modern and versatile office building.
