Strategic insight helps secure seven-day Frewville result for Brenton Milewski

The Klemich partner's proactive approach delivers unconditional offer in under a week

Brenton Milewski has achieved a $1.9 million sale in Frewville, South Australia, after connecting buyers from a neighbouring property to the newly listed home at 50 Flemington Street in just seven days.

Brenton knew that selling 50 Flemington Street would require more than a traditional campaign – it would require connecting the right buyers before anyone else had a chance.

The Klemich Real Estate partner had recently wrapped up the sale of number 52 on the same Frewville street. During that campaign, a couple had walked through and praised the home but noted they preferred a property with less garden. Brenton filed the feedback away.

Timing and preparation

As soon as number 52 settled, Brenton spoke with the developer vendor of number 50, who agreed the timing was right to list. Within days, the property hit the market and Brenton contacted every buyer who had inspected the neighbouring home.

The couple who wanted less garden were among the first through the door on the opening weekend. They pulled Brenton aside immediately.

“They asked if they could put forward an offer that would take the property off the market,” Brenton said.

“I encouraged them to present their absolute best offer and make it unconditional so it would be an easy decision for my vendor.”

The buyers returned with a figure at the top of the quoted range, waived their cooling-off rights and removed all conditions. The vendor accepted on the spot, bringing the campaign to a close in just seven days.

A sought-after eastern suburbs address

Frewville sits in Adelaide’s leafy eastern suburbs, prized for its proximity to quality schools, boutique shopping strips and the open spaces of the Adelaide Hills. The suburb draws comparisons to nearby Glenunga and Fullarton, offering established homes on generous blocks within easy reach of the city.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom house with double parking achieved $1.9 million via private treaty, with a settlement date of 2 December 2025.

Listening as strategy

Brenton’s approach illustrates how attentive client engagement can shorten campaigns and deliver strong results. By remembering buyer preferences from one listing and acting swiftly when circumstances aligned, he created a seamless path from inspection to unconditional contract.

“It was about connecting the dots,” Brenton said.

“I knew what they wanted and I knew what was coming. It was simply a matter of bringing them together.”
