After nearly a decade as a driving force within the corporate arm of Ray White and a further six years within the broader network, Bianca Denham has made the decision to take the leap into business ownership.
A familiar face to many across the network, Bianca is a widely respected leader whose passion for people, performance and progress has left an indelible mark on Ray White.
“This is such a bittersweet moment,” Ray White Managing Director Dan White said.
“Bianca has been a powerhouse within our corporate team, but she is so deserving of this next opportunity, and we couldn’t be more proud to support her in this exciting move into business ownership.”
Since late 2022, Bianca has served as Ray White’s Head of Performance and Recognition, where she built and led a team focused on delivering industry-leading programs that drive agent and office performance.
Under her leadership, initiatives like Real Estate of Origin (REOO) reached new heights, with this year’s edition being the largest and most impactful yet.
“Bianca is an incredibly talented and determined leader and she meets every challenge with presence and perseverance, always bringing her people with her,” Mr White said.
“Her transition into business ownership feels like a natural progression and we have every confidence she will continue to achieve great things.”
Ms Denham said the decision to step into business ownership was one she had dreamed of for many years.
“Ray White has always been my professional home,” Ms Denham said.
“Taking the reins of Ray White Semaphore feels like both a homecoming and a new beginning.
“I’ve been privileged to work alongside some of the best leaders and agents in the industry, and I’m excited to bring that experience into a business of my own.”
“I have loved my time in corporate working with Dan White, Mark McLeod and the entire senior leadership bench, but it’s time for me to put it all into practice and I am so thrilled to be joining Nella and Peter Kikianis.
“I am excited to learn more about all aspects of the business, such as property management that I haven’t had much exposure to.
“I am so lucky that the founders are staying on to continue selling real estate, and I will focus on growing the business. There is a massive opportunity here.”
Ray White Semaphore services the vibrant beachside community and offers a unique lifestyle market with huge potential for continued growth.
Just 20 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD, the seaside suburb of Semaphore is a summer-loving paradise known for its sandy beaches, vibrant foreshore and chic cafes.
Nella and Peter Kikianis have worked together since they were 18 years old. A remarkable feat for anyone.
“I have loved our 23 year journey so far with Ray White.
“We are also a family business and I appreciate everything that goes into keeping an intergenerational business going and thriving. The family has such a vision, they are always evolving,” Mrs Kikianis said.
Peter Kikianis fondly remembers introducing Chairman Brian White’s father Alan White to a few nice Barossa wines in the early years.
“The Whites are an incredible family. We have been so proud to represent the group for so long.
“Semaphore is a beautiful beachside area and we are blessed with everything from affordable first homes under $800,000 to multi-million trophy homes.
“There’s a beautiful mix of demographics and lots of opportunity.”
“The business used to be one of the top offices in the state and we have no doubt that Bianca will regain that position again. Nella and I are thrilled to hand the baton to Bianca. It’s perfect for us all.”
Ray White South Australian CEO Matt Lindblom said he was thrilled to see such a stylish handover in Semaphore.
“Peter and Nella Kikianis have been such wonderful business owners for more than two decades and I thank them for their incredible contributions to our group – the support and mentorship they have provided to so many,” Mr Lindblom said.
“We are very happy they are staying on to continue servicing their valued clients and look forward to their continued success.
“Bianca Denham has long been one of the most respected and effective leaders in our group, and her move into business ownership is something we’ve seen coming for a little while now.
“We’re incredibly excited to have her leading Ray White Semaphore. Bianca understands real estate, knows our systems, and lives our values. There’s no doubt she’ll build something very special in the Semaphore community.”
