The new office is led by local real estate expert Tamyla Strahan, who has over three decades of experience in the industry.
Belle Property Commercial Broome will be the third Belle Property office under Tamyla’s leadership, as she is currently the Principal for Belle Property Broome and Belle Property Escapes Broome.
Tamyla’s formal qualifications as a real estate professional encompass all facets of the business, including residential, commercial, rural, and industrial.
She has worked on both boutique projects and large-scale developments, as well as with premium high-net-worth clientele.
She has extensive experience in shopping centre management, hotel asset management, and office management in Broome’s central business district, Chinatown.
With the new office, Tamyla and her team will be able to continue building on local relationships and deliver high-quality services for different types of real estate clients in the Broome area.
