Larry Finis is set to lead the new office, drawing on more than two decades of real estate experience.

Belle Property is making further inroads into the Adelaide market with the opening of its latest office in West Lakes on 1 June.
Taking up the reins as Principal is Larry Finis, a long-term local resident and real estate agent of some 21 years standing, who previously operated under the Ray White brand.
Speaking of the decision to introduce the Belle Property brand to his area, Larry says, “We felt there was a gap in the local market for a premium real estate brand, and wanted to offer our local clients the boutique service and exceptional results Belle Property is renowned for”.
“Located west of the CBD, West Lakes is a pretty lakefront suburb which offers lots of attractive lifestyle opportunities and amenities for residents.
“Our market is very buoyant at present, much like Adelaide as a whole where prices have risen 26 per cent in the last 12 months, making it the perfect time to launch.”
For Larry, the decision to join Belle Property was also driven by the brand’s unique offerings.
