Josh Wilson and Tara Apps launch Belle Property Echuca Moama

Belle Property has expanded into Echuca Moama, with local agents Josh Wilson and Tara Apps joining forces to open the network’s newest office.

Josh will lead sales while Tara heads up property management, with the team servicing residential, rural, lifestyle, small farm, commercial and industrial property across both sides of the Victorian and NSW border. Both hold dual licences covering the two jurisdictions.

Josh was born and raised in Echuca and has spent 12.5 years in real estate, progressing from a junior sales role to become, according to the release, one of the region’s leading agents, averaging around 85 sales a year.

The 37-year-old lives locally with his family on a farm he has built, and his parents have long-standing ties to the town.

Tara brings 12 years of experience across sales, business development, property management and leasing. Also originally from the region, she now lives locally on a lifestyle property.

The pair said the move reflects their ambition to combine local knowledge and relationships with the reach of a national brand.

“We see Belle Property Echuca | Moama as the next generation of real estate for the region, bringing together a fresh approach, a strong local team and the backing of a premium brand with leading market recognition,” Josh said.

“We’re combining our local knowledge and community connections with Belle Property’s premium marketing, national network and proven platform to create greater opportunities for our clients. It’s an exciting time for Echuca Moama and we’re looking forward to building a business that is genuinely connected to the community.”

Tara said relationships were central to how she and Josh planned to operate.

“Echuca Moama is a community where relationships really matter,” she said.

“We want to build a business that is known for its local knowledge, genuine relationships and exceptional service, while giving our clients access to the reach and opportunities that come with being part of Belle Property.”

Anthony Webb, Head of Victoria at Belle Property, said the launch reflected the strength of the local team.

“Josh and Tara bring an impressive combination of local knowledge, experience and a genuine commitment to the community. They understand the market, they understand their clients and they have a clear vision for the business they want to build.

“Echuca Moama is an important regional market with strong lifestyle appeal, and we’re pleased to support Josh and Tara as they establish Belle Property in the region.

“Their focus on exceptional service, combined with the resources and reach of the Belle Property network, creates a strong foundation for the office as it grows.”

Echuca Moama sits on the Murray River across the Victorian and NSW border, with a population of approximately 22,500 and an economy built on agriculture, tourism, wine, food and surrounding national parks.

The region was recently named the 2026 Victorian Top Tourism Town at the Victorian Top Tourism Awards.
