Anthony Hunt has been appointed as Director of Coronis Asset Management, a new division designed to improve landlord support across the Coronis network.

Coronis Group has launched Coronis Asset Management, appointing Anthony Hunt as Director to lead this strategic expansion of their property services.

The new division is designed to further enhance landlord support and reflects Coronis’ ongoing commitment to delivering comprehensive property services for their clients.

With nearly 20 years of experience in residential investment sales, Mr Hunt brings significant expertise and a proven track record of helping investors succeed in the property market.

The team will work exclusively with the Coronis rent roll, ensuring landlords are connected to a full-service ecosystem that supports them throughout their property ownership journey.

“I’m inspired to lead this new and innovative team, and looking forward to helping landlords make their next move,” Mr Hunt said.

“I truly believe we’re going to have a deep impact on people’s lives.”

The division will also support clients looking to expand or adjust their portfolios, offering expert guidance and connecting them with the right people across the Coronis network.

This collaborative approach ensures landlords receive seamless service between the property management and sales teams.

Coronis CEO Karuna Mazzocchi expressed enthusiasm about the new division and its potential impact.

“Coronis Asset Management is an exciting addition to our service, and I’m looking forward to the positive impact it will have for our clients,” Ms Mazzocchi said.

“As a business, our objective is to support our clients in every way we can through their property journey. Coronis Asset Management is another avenue for us to achieve this and help people.”

Ms Mazzocchi also highlighted the importance of rental properties in the Australian housing landscape.

“It is important to understand that, despite the ‘Australian dream’ being to own a home, that isn’t possible or a priority for some people. Because of this reality, there needs to be rental properties available for Australians to live in,” she said.
