As a well-known and respected member of the local Shepparton community, there was no better time for high-performing agent, Andrew Pogue to launch his own business powered by UrbanX.
After following in his father’s footsteps and entering the real estate industry six years ago, Mr Pogue had always wanted to run his own business and work for himself.

Although daunted at first, he was also excited by the opportunity to capitalise on his experience and connections in the local area, as a fifth generation Pogue.
Deciding to step out his comfort zone, Mr Pogue is now looking forward to serving his local area under the Pogue Real Estate brand.
“To be able to launch my brand in memory of my dad is a very special achievement and it makes me so proud to stand under the Pogue name,“ he said.
Mr Pogue understands the importance of being his own boss and the freedom it will allow him to create bespoke offerings for his clients.
He will be able to deal with his clients from end-to-end and ensure they all receive excellent service and support throughout the entire transaction.
“I will be able to do everything for my clients, I will work with them from start to finish, ensuring that the negotiations run smoothly and ensure that all their needs are met,” Mr Pogue said.
Every client is different and as the owner of the business I will be able to create the best solutions for them all and work with them to establish the best strategy for them.”
