One of the most recognised names in Sydney real estate is back with the opening of a dynamic new team at LJ Hooker Double Bay.
New principals Alon Beran and Aaron Del Monte are set to give clients an innovative edge in the highly competitive Eastern Suburbs prestige market.
“Our team is tenacious and hungry to achieve and led by inspiring and highly experienced sales coaches,” Mr Beran said.
The LJ Hooker Group had received numerous requests to reopen LJ Hooker Double Bay.
Stephen Mutton, LJ Hooker General Manager of Network, said they took their time to find the right leaders who would take the brand forward.
“We know the LJ Hooker brand works in the super-premium market,” he said. “What we needed to find were the right leaders, the right owners, and principals, and we found that in Aaron & Alon. They are in their late-30s, highly experienced and know this market very well – they also bring a new level of energy,” Mr Mutton said.
“They are passionate about property, business, and their staff – they are committed to nurturing their team to success.
“We are thrilled to have them join LJ Hooker – they will not only reassert our presence in the market but will share their passion and knowledge within our network. We are excited to see what they will accomplish.”
Mr Beran, previously worked for McGrath and Ray White before moving to Little Real Estate where he was appointed Head of Growth and Performance – Sales National.
Mr Del Monte started his real estate career with McGrath and went on to become Head of Growth – Franchise. He later moved to Little Real Estate where he worked initially as State Sales Manager NSW and Queensland before becoming Executive General Manager – National Sales.
“LJ Hooker is a name synonymous with trusted advice and experience and it provides the support and opportunity to recruit, increase market share and grow our business,” Mr Del Monte said.
They plan on opening several offices across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
