Pre-qualified buyer approach drives premium result for Forrester Way family home

A four-bedroom house in Yeppoon has sold off-market for $1,002,000 through RMW Property Agents, with Selena Berry’s targeted buyer outreach achieving a result that exceeded vendor expectations.

“The owners were very happy with our team and how we achieved a higher sale price than they were expecting,” Selena said.

The $1,002,000 result sits well above Yeppoon’s median house price $809,000 for four-bedroom properties, with rental yields averaging 4.2 per cent.

The sale contracted on 23 October 2025 with zero days on market, reflecting the effectiveness of Selena’s pre-qualified buyer approach in securing premium results for vendors in the regional Queensland market.
