Great Place to Work® last night named REA Group as Australia’s third Best Workplace for 2025 in the large company category.
REA was the highest-ranked ASX-listed business and the only Australian-listed business in the top 10.
The Group was certified as a Great Place to Work in March and secured the official ranking among a number of outstanding Australian and global business at an event in Sydney.

REA Group CEO, Owen Wilson, said he was incredibly proud of REA’s consistent top placings, with the Group securing a top five position every time its participated in Great Place to Work since 2021.
