According to Realtor.com, the sprawling 5,028-square-foot residence, perched above the Sunset Strip in the Hollywood Hills, initially hit the market in May with an asking price of US$7,375,000 before selling for considerably less.
Greg Holcomb of Carolwood Estates, who held the listing, described the property as a “Sunset Strip stunner” with a kitchen featuring “pure drama.”

The home, built in 1952, boasts four en-suite bedrooms and six bathrooms across three levels.
Its entertainment-focused design includes an eight-seat kitchen island, outdoor kitchen, firepit, and an L-shaped infinity-edge pool.

“Adam loved the home and his time there, but it was simply time for a new chapter,” Mr Holcomb said regarding Lambert’s decision to sell.
During his ownership, the 43-year-old American Idol runner-up made significant customisations to the property.

The primary suite received particular attention, transformed into what Holcomb called “pure rockstar glam with dual walk-in closets and a massive shower with glass walls that overlook the city, all with beautiful custom stone and wood panelling.”
The listing described the suite as “elegant but ever so cool and seductive,” featuring a black soaking tub, suspended Scandi-style fireplace, and a wrap-around balcony offering panoramic views.

Other notable features include a floating staircase with an eye-catching topaz light fixture, a retractable glass wall connecting indoor and outdoor spaces, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace in the living room.
The quarter-acre property also includes a motor court, which Holcomb noted is “a rarity in these hills,” and an attached two-car garage.

The home’s kitchen is equipped with high-end Wolf appliances and designed with an open concept ideal for entertaining.
Its white-stucco exterior gives way to custom finishes throughout the interior spaces.
