More than 400 Western Australian real estate professionals attended the REIWA Awards for Excellence at Crown Perth on Friday 21 May to celebrate and acknowledge the industry’s best and brightest.
REIWA CEO Neville Pozzi said the Awards for Excellence recognise WA real estate professionals who demonstrate best practice in their chosen careers, and who go above and beyond for their clients, the industry and community at large.
“Unlike other award programs which focus on transactions, statistics and profit, the Awards for Excellence are awarded purely on merit following deliberation by a comprehensive judging process.
“In the last 12 months we have seen a dramatic turnaround in the WA property market. The bottom of the market has come and gone, and we are now observing strong market conditions, while simultaneously experiencing a shortage of housing stock.
“Now more than ever West Australians are relying on their local real estate agents for advice, assistance and expert local knowledge. These Awards help shine a light on the impressive service REIWA agents are providing the WA community.
“On behalf of the Institute, I’d like to congratulate the 2021 nominees and winners on their outstanding achievements and the dedication they show to their profession, clients and local communities,” Mr Pozzi said.
The 2021 Awards for Excellence winners will represent WA in the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s National Awards for Excellence next year.
