The annual events recognise those who uphold the highest standards of professionalism, innovation and client service across residential, commercial and property management.
The Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) unveiled its 2025 Awards for Excellence winners at a packed ceremony, celebrating agencies and individuals who exemplify best practice, customer service and high performance.
Three-time consecutive winners (2022–2024) were formally inducted into the REIQ Hall of Fame including Jacqui Walker – Residential Salesperson of the Year (Regional Settled Commissions & Regional Settled Transactions), Michael Kollosche – Residential Salesperson of the Year (SEQ Settled Commissions), Melinda Jennison – Buyer’s Agent of the Year and Chase Commercial – Commercial & Industrial Agency of the Year.
One of the major Queensland highlights was NAI Harcourts Pinnacle securing the title of Commercial & Industrial Agency of the Year.
“We’re thrilled to be named Commercial & Industrial Agency of the Year at the 2025 REIQ Awards for Excellence,” said principal Phil Grant.
Chief Operations Officer David McCall added that the recognition reflects the team’s collective expertise in providing sales, leasing and property management services “all under one roof.”
The night also saw Sashnee Naidoo named a finalist for Commercial Property Manager of the Year.
“A huge thank you to our clients and community for your trust and support,” Mr Grant said. “Here’s to continuing to deliver outstanding results.”
In another major QLD achievement, Craig Bradley of RWC Toowoomba took out Commercial Salesperson of the Year.
“Taking home the Commercial Salesperson of the Year was an honour and very rewarding after almost 20 years in the real estate industry,” Mr Bradley said.
He acknowledged the support of his clients, the REIQ, principal Paul Schmidt-Lee, the RWC Toowoomba team, and his family.
Mr Bradley’s proven track record over two decades has positioned him as a leader in the Toowoomba commercial market.
2025 REIWA Awards
Across the country, more than 400 industry professionals gathered at Crown Perth for the REIWA 2025 Awards for Excellence.
The event recognised excellence across 24 categories spanning sales, property management, strata, marketing, innovation and agency leadership.
REIWA President Suzanne Brown paid tribute to the tireless commitment shown by practitioners across the state.
“Excellence isn’t stumbled upon. It’s earned through late nights perfecting appraisals, early mornings preparing for inspections, and countless moments where giving up would have been simpler than pushing forward.”
This year saw record nominations, with 240 entries and 105 finalists, an achievement attributed to WA’s strong performance at the 2025 National Awards, where the state claimed five national titles.
The Kevin Sullivan Memorial Award was awarded to Michelle Rigg for almost three decades of leadership in property management and service to the profession and community.
The Hall of Fame Award was presented to Trevor Dunkley of Property Wizards for winning Buyer’s Agent of the Year for three consecutive years (2022–2024).
