The Cavill Group has absorbed Stewart Kirkby’s LJ Hooker Lane Cove team in a merger that consolidates two Upper North Shore agencies under one brand.
The deal sees Kirkby’s existing clients and team members continue operating while gaining access to The Cavill Group’s property strategy, marketing, and technology resources.
Anna Cavill, who leads the acquiring business, has appeared repeatedly in REB’s Top 100 Agents and Top 50 Women in Real Estate rankings.

The merged operation will trade under The Cavill Group name, with Stewart’s team maintaining their existing client relationships.
