The new shape of BresicWhitney Inner West

BresicWhitney has unveiled the architectural renovation and expansion of its long-established Inner West office, reflecting the groupโ€™s enduring ambition to lead in all that it does.

The project marks the second collaboration with award-winning design practice THOSE Architects, following BresicWhitney Lower North Shore unveiled in 2024.

The office’s Glebe location remains unchanged, retaining prominent street frontage and visibility, and an established legacy of local market leadership.

The officeโ€™s interior has increased to a full floor to encompass BresicWhitneyโ€™s growing team, servicing the expansive and dynamic market that is Sydneyโ€™s Inner West.

The new shape and size of the office reflects continued strategic growth across BresicWhitney, underpinning its continued ambition as Sydneyโ€™s leading property group.

BresicWhitneyโ€™s curated geographical presence across the lifestyle markets is one that offers collaborative physical hubs for its people to move between, supporting its advantages as one centrally owned, operated, and truly interconnected property group.

CEO Thomas McGlynn said this reflected its clear strategy to continue delivering meaningful opportunities for its people and clients.ย ย

BresicWhitneyโ€™s commitment to atypical real estate offices is well-documented.

The groupโ€™s Inner-City office, built and designed more than a decade ago with architect Chen Chow Little, has recalibrated the standard of architecture within the industry many times since its launch.

The announcement is one of many across 2025 for BresicWhitney. Key strategic moves include acquiring a leading Eastern Suburbs property group to propel forward intentional growth; recruiting and welcoming back some of Australiaโ€™s top real estate professionals to its ranks; and launching an all-new website – bw.com.au – Sydneyโ€™s leading digital destination.

BresicWhitney is poised to sell over $2.5 billion of Sydney property over 2025 and has almost 5,000 homes under its trusted management.ย

The Inner West office is located at 198-206 St Johns Road Glebe.
