The merger between the two businesses, led by REMAX The Limitless Group’s Director Hayley Van de Ven and Locate Property’s Director Suzana Wade, is set to accelerate growth and expand opportunities throughout Brisbane’s eastern suburbs.
The Tingalpa-based office will rebrand to REMAX Locate.
Ms Van de Ven said the opportunity to expand alongside respected real estate leader Ms Wade comes with great excitement and opportunity for the future of the business.

REMAX The Limitless Group’s momentum continues to build, with the new office placing a strong focus on championing property management across Brisbane’s eastern suburbs – an area Ms Van de Ven says the Locate team is well positioned to lead.
Approaching her tenth year as a broker with the REMAX Australia network, Ms Van de Ven leads an award-winning team of more than 150 real estate professionals.
She was recently awarded the network’s highest business performance accolade, the Pinnacle Enterprise Award winner, for the sixth consecutive year at the REMAX Annual Awards last month.
