“We’ve had clients asking us for years to offer property management, across the NSW Southern Highlands we but didn’t want to offer the service until we could do it properly,” Ben Olofsen, Director of The Agency Southern Highlands said.
“We’ve brought in the right people, put the right structure in place and are confident that our property management team will meet the same high standards we’re known for in sales.”
The team, backed by The Agency’s national property management division will be led by two highly experienced property managers in senior portfolio partners Tarnielle Edye and Telissa Clout, who bring a depth of knowledge, professionalism, and a client-first mindset to the role.
The Agency National Head of Property Management Maria Carlino said the new offering from The Agency Southern Highlands has been designed with quality and accountability at its core.
“Offering landlords and tenants the rare advantage of a single, consistent point of contact from start to finish, The Agency Southern Highlands property management team will provide a personal, end-to-end approach,” Ms Carlino said.
“It includes a full-service property management for residential landlords, covering everything from tenant selection and lease negotiation to maintenance, inspections, and compliance.”
The Agency Southern Highlands is celebrating the launch with complimentary rental appraisals and property health checks for local landlords looking to review or improve their current arrangements.
