The Agency has opened a new office covering Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs of Beaumaris, Black Rock and Sandringham, led by long-time local agent Bert Geraerts.
Bert brings more than 30 years of real estate experience in the Bayside area to the role, with a client base built largely on repeat business and referrals.
He joins The Agency alongside his daughter Eliza, who works as his support partner.
“The opportunity to combine our experience with a strong national network and modern marketing platform allows us to continue delivering exceptional outcomes while maintaining the personal approach,” Bert said.
Michael Wood, General Manager of Sales at The Agency Victoria, said the appointment reflects the brand’s broader growth ambitions in the state.
“We are always on the hunt for real estate professionals who understand our unique model which enables them to retain more of their commissions,” Michael said.
The Agency already operates in Williamstown, Toorak and regional areas across Victoria, with further Bayside expansion planned.
