The Agency National Head of Property Management Maria Carlino said the return of Nicole MacGee to The Agency and into the property management division was a big coup for the brand which currently has over 12,000 properties under management.
“With a broad knowledge base, Nicole brings a unique understanding of real estate operations, and she will work closely with our team right across the country to identify how we can best serve our clients and deliver a seamless approach with clear processes,” Ms Carlino said.
“We have seen significant growth in our business with a number of new hires in the last year including Renae Darlington as Head of Growth for PM and Nicole will play a vital role in ensuring our success. Having worked across a wide range of positions within the industry, Nicoleoffers a well-rounded perspective on all areas of real estate management.”
Nicole MaGee said she was excited by the newly created role at The Agency and the opportunity to return to a brand she respected.

While Nicole has a national role she will operate from The Agency’s Neutral Bay, Sydney office which is a central hub for PM operations and The Agency’s accounts team.
