Sharon Osbourne has listed the Los Angeles mansion she shared with late husband Ozzy Osbourne for US$17 million (approximately A$27 million), nine months after the rock legend’s death in England.
The seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom Hancock Park property hit the market on 6 April, listed with Jonah Wilson and Josh Greer of Carolwood Estates.
Sharon and Ozzy purchased the 11,565-square-foot estate in 2015 for US$11.85 million (approximately A$19 million).
This marks the second attempt to sell the property.
The couple first listed it in 2022 for US$18 million (approximately A$29 million), later reducing the price to US$17.5 million (approximately A$28 million) before withdrawing it from the market.
At the time, the Osbournes were reported to be relocating to their estate in Buckinghamshire, England – where Ozzy passed away at 76 from coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease in July 2025.
While Sharon continues splitting her time between the UK and Los Angeles, she uses an apartment in California during West Coast visits.
The 1930s estate served as the backdrop for the couple’s documentary, “Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home.”
According to Realtor.com, Sharon and Ozzy spent several years restoring the property to its 1920s character.
The movie theatre retains signatures from visiting Hollywood stars including Elvis Presley, Mel Tormé, and Natalie Wood.
The property features a wood-panelled library, formal dining room, chef’s kitchen opening to outdoor dining with pizza oven and barbecue, and a screening room with fireplace and bar.
The primary suite includes dual bathrooms and a large walk-in wardrobe. An elevator connects all levels.
Outside, the gated estate offers landscaped gardens and a mosaic-tiled pool, plus a self-contained guest apartment above the garage.
