The celebrity couple purchased the approximately 9-acre property within a gated community near the Del Mar Country Club for $14.5 million (AUD $21.9 million) in 2021.
They have since completed an extensive renovation of the Mediterranean-style residence.
According to Mansion Global, the sprawling estate, known as Amor Estate, features a 30,000-square-foot main residence with seven bedrooms, accessed via a palm-lined driveway leading to a motorcourt.

The property boasts high coffered ceilings, expansive living areas, and covered loggias.
The property showcases Wilson’s athletic career, as he converted a large equestrian arena into a football field where he and teammates have practised during the off-season.

Additional amenities include a separate professional recording studio, likely utilised by Ciara for her music career, and a comprehensive fitness centre complete with sauna, cold plunge, and spa facilities.
Outdoor features enhance the luxury experience with a pool featuring a waterslide, a pizza oven, a game pavilion with a candy bar, and a sports court.

The estate also includes a two-bedroom guesthouse and a 10-car garage.
The couple’s decision to sell comes after their relocation to the East Coast following Wilson’s career moves.

After spending nearly a decade with the Seattle Seahawks, where he helped secure a Super Bowl victory in 2014, Wilson signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers last year before joining the New York Giants this year.
Wilson and Ciara have already divested other properties, selling their lakefront home in Bellevue, Washington, for approximately $30 million (AUD $45.3 million) in spring 2024.

If the Rancho Santa Fe property achieves its asking price, it would surpass the current San Diego County record of $50 million (AUD $75.5 million), which was set by a beachfront compound in Del Mar.
