Knight Frank has appointed Richard Trumbull as Partner, Tenant Representation – Industrial, in a newly created role based in the firm’s Sydney office.
Mr Trumbull will be responsible for helping to grow Knight Frank’s industrial tenant representation offering across Australia, providing expert advisory services to industrial occupiers on lease-related matters.
His role will include procuring new purpose-built facilities, negotiating new leases and lease extensions, and developing early exit strategies for clients.
Mr Trumbull brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial property market, with over 15 years specifically in the industrial sector. His previous roles include positions at Investa Property Group and Walker Corporation.
Most recently, he was running his own business, Trumbull Property, which specialised in industrial and commercial real estate with a dedicated focus on tenant representation and industrial property advisory.
Knight Frank’s Managing Director NSW Jeremy Prestoe said Richard’s appointment would enable the firm to better deliver expert strategic advice to occupiers managing industrial portfolios across Australia.

Part of Mr Trumbull’s responsibilities will include introducing clients to Knight Frank’s broader range of services that support occupiers, including portfolio management, project management, development management and property management.
